2. Services

Lint provides on-premise AI solutions designed for law firms and legal service providers. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

On-premise large language models (LLMs)
Private transcription services
Legal document drafting assistance
User management and access control systems
Technical support and maintenance

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

If you choose to purchase our Services, you agree to pay all fees according to the pricing plan you select. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in these Terms or required by law.

We may change our prices at any time, but we will provide notice of any price changes in advance. Price changes will not affect the term of your current subscription.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, and content, are owned by Lint or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right or license to use any trademark, design right, or copyright owned or controlled by Lint or any third party.

You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you create, upload, or otherwise make available through the Services ("Your Content"). By using our Services, you grant us a license to use Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
